EYE AND EAR PROTECTION

IF YOU ARE VOLUNTEERING AT A SHOOTING STATION, EYE AND EAR PROTECTION IS MANDATORY. WE WILL PROVIDE HEARING AND EYE PROTECTION, BUT YOU ARE ALSO WELCOME TO BRING YOUR OWN.

HOW TO PREP

Dress comfortably for outdoors. Bring sunscreen, an umbrella, and/or a chair as desired. Many of our volunteers will be managing trap stations. Don't worry, we will reach out and make sure you have all of the information you need.

SCHEDULE

7:30 AM - Volunteers arrive

***Unless you're given a later arrival time

8:00 AM – Registration Opens
8:45 AM – Mandatory Safety Meeting
9:00 AM – Sporting Clay Shoot Begins
11AM/12 PM – Lunch and Awards Ceremony (following completion of the shoot)
